The stop area was comfy, just a nice place to wait around for a bit.

I took bestbus last weekend and was impressed. The bus was way cleaner than I expected — the seats looked fresh, there wasn’t any weird smell, and the floor wasn’t covered in crumbs or trash like I’ve seen on other buses. Even the bathroom was decent, which really surprised me 😅 It definitely made the whole trip feel more relaxed. I’d ride with them again.

The bus did get me to where I needed to go, so I’ll give it that, but the ride was underwhelming. The WiFi barely worked for most of the trip, and the outlet by my seat didn’t charge my phone at all, which was really frustrating. The seats were fine, I guess, but not exactly comfortable enough to make the ride feel easy. For what I paid, I expected things to be a little better. Mostly just left feeling disappointed.

I reached out to support and just never got a reply back. Waited around expecting some kind of response, but nothing. Frustrating

Pickup was super easy, and the dropoff spot ended up being really close to where I needed to go, which made everything convenient. i blame myself for overthinking it at first because the whole process was simpler than I expected.

I used BestBus last weekend, my gut feeling was that it was going to be a simple experience, and it was. The best part for me was the schedule. There were plenty of bus times to choose from, so I didn’t feel stuck planning my whole day around one option. I booked quickly and found times that worked for me both ways. Nothing complicated, no stress. I’d use it again.

The bus ride itself was fine, nothing too memorable, but my suitcase definitely wasn’t handled well. It looked like it had been thrown around, and one of the wheels was broken when I got it back. When I mentioned it to the driver, he didn’t seem to care much at all. Also, I couldn’t help feeling a little suspicious about how they handle luggage in general, like if something goes wrong, you’re just left to deal with it unless there’s some extra fee or policy no one tells you about. I made it there okay, but I’d be hesitant to bring a decent suitcase next time...

I had a really good ride with BestBus!! the temperature on the bus made such a difference!!! It wasn’t freezing like some buses, but it wasn’t hot either, just really comfortable the whole way. I didn’t have to keep my jacket on or mess with the vents or anything!! It seems like a small thing, but on a longer ride it really matters!!! I’d definitely ride with them again!!

It worked the entire ride without any issues. I think other customers would appreciate how reliable it was, especially if they’re counting on it to last from start to finish

I had a smooth experience. The bus showed up right on time and got us to our stop exactly when I expected. For me, it was an easy, hassle-free trip.

I took bestbus for a weekend trip for the price, it was totally worth it!!! The ticket was way cheaper than the train, and the bus was mostly on time, just about 10 minutes late leaving. The seats were okay, not exactly super comfy, but fine for a few hours!!! The WiFi was a little hit or miss, but I wasn’t expecting anything amazing anyway. Overall, it was a good deal and I’d definitely use them again!!!

Just a warning for anyone flying with them: the boarding process was kind of a mess. The line wasn’t clear at all and people seemed confused about where to go. I did eventually get on the plane, but it definitely made things more stressful than it needed to be

My driver barely said anything and seemed annoyed the whole time. I get that not everyone is super chatty, but it just made the ride feel awkward. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it didn’t feel very welcoming

I booked my bus ticket on bestbus and, to be fair, it was easier than I expected. The price came out cheaper than I thought it would too, which was a nice surprise. I wasn’t really expecting much, but I saved a few bucks and didn’t run into any issues, so yeah... I’d give it 5 stars.

I rode BestBus for a few hours the seat was way more comfortable than I expected. I had enough room to lean back a bit and didn’t feel all stiff or sore afterward, which was nice. Not bad at all

i mean, I had to cancel once, and the refund came back quick. No hassle, which I appreciated.
